The downstairs bar’s beautiful Victorian features were carefully restored in 2012 incorporating some contemporary touches to create a bright and beautiful space. The bar features hand pumps rotating award-winning ales, local craft beers on tap and in bottles, ciders, world wines, a range of soft drinks and teas and coffees.
Sitting proudly atop the traditional pub is this hidden gem of a bar. Beautifully tiled and flooded with natural sunlight from its wall of full-length windows, it’s the perfect compliment to the adjacent sunny roof terrace. Thanks to its full-length retractable awnings and multiple heat lamps, their all-weather roof terrace can be enjoyed all year round, come rain or shine. As well as being open to the public the bar and terrace can be hired for private parties, conferences, screenings and meetings for up to 100 people.
The small but perfectly formed Boardroom is the perfect space for meetings, training days and dining and is also used by many local community groups. It comfortably seats 10-12 people.
